Matter of starting Std. 6 to 8 classes in all the board primary schools in the state.

Resolution:

At the end of the adult deliberation, it is decided to resume the direct education work for the classes of Std. 6 to 8 in the primary schools of all the boards in the state from 18/02/2021

Educational-non-academic staff and students of government / private and subsidized primary schools of all the boards in the state will have to strictly follow the following instructions.

  1. Offline (physical / direct) educational work will be resumed for the students of Std. 6 to 8 in government / private and subsidized primary schools of all the boards of the state from 18/02/2021. Attendance in offline (physical / direct) academic work will be voluntary for the student and for that the concerned institution will have to get the written consent form from the parents of the student in the accompanying form. Online study by schools for students who do not directly engage in physical attendance in class Will have to arrange. Students should be encouraged to watch the educational programs being aired from Vande Gujarat Channel and Doordarshan D.D. by the state government.
  2. Under primary education, only students from Std. 6 to 8 will have to be called to the school at this stage.
  3. Schools will have to adjust the number of classes keeping in view the number of students and the need and complexity of the subject. In order to maintain the social distance between the two students as per the SOP / guidelines of the Government of India, seating arrangements will have to be arranged. In addition, the head teacher of the school / taluka primary education officer will be able to decide on the type of arrangement to be made for which subject / curriculum.
  4. It will be mandatory for students, teachers as well as all other employees to wear face mask properly. All the concerned local authorities should take adequate precautions to ensure that no infected / symptomatic student / teacher or third person enters the school premises by continuous monitoring in this regard.
  5. No student or staff member or third party living in the Contentment Zone or having a Corona infected person in their family will be able to attend the school. If there is a school in the content zone area, that school cannot be opened.
  6. Proceedings regarding capacity building of all concerned such as head teachers, teachers, parents, students, SMC members, etc. as indicated in the SOP published by the Government of India. Will remain.
  7. All these actions will have to be taken following the SOP guidelines published by the Government of India.
