  5. All the information of the student will come by entering the "18 digit base unique code" of the students who have been transferred from another school in Std. 1 to 12 in the year 2021-22 and press search, then fill in the student's new admission number (GR number) and missing student information Students will have to keep track.
  6. It will be the responsibility of the school principal to fill in the information of all the students of the school. If any student's information is incorrect or will have to be filled and due to which online attendance on the basis of unique ID, SARAL App, Std-2 Diagnosis Test, Periodical Assessment Test (PAT), online entry and evaluation of marks obtained subject wise as per semester or other benefits If the students remain in getting, then the full responsibility will be on the principal of that school.
  7. The information of all the above students will have to be updated online at school level from time to time, and at school level the information updated in hardcopy will have to be verified by the principal / head teacher with the signature / coins of the SMC chairperson. And all the forms which have to be kept in file in the sense of record at that school level.

Under Aadhar Dias, work has to be done from district / taluka level as per the following instructions.

  3. All schools from district level to district MISA taluka level will have to continuously monitor the performance of entry, updation and tracking.
  4. Whether all the schools of the taluka have started functioning from BRC / Block MISA taluka level. That and the block of entry, updation and tracking operations will have to be constantly monitored by MIS.
  5. Block MIS of Block / URC And the data entry operator will have to verify 100% of the schools in his taluka.
  6. BRC / CRC coordinators only enter schools in Adhaar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking System (CTS). Apart from that, whether the information of the students is consistent or not. It will have to be verified.
  7. List of untracked students obtained from district / block login. Who find untracked students of that standard. They have to be enrolled in the school standard. Which can reduce the dropout.
  8. Expenditure on Adhaar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking System (CTS) will be borne under the EMIS / MIS ACtivities Management Budget Head available at the district level.
  9. The responsibility of filling online information from school level will be done by the District MIS Coordinator / Block MIS Coordinator / Data Entry Operator and the staff of the District Operator's Office.
