In order to complete the work of Digital Gujarat Portal in time, the District Primary Education Officer is in touch with the District Officer of that department and giving instructions to the Taluka Primary Education Officer to complete the work immediately from the concerned.
Implementation of E-Kuber system has been started in all the districts from the year 2019-20. From the current year, the accounts of the students will be Dormant / Freeze / Inactive. The bank account details of the students / IFSC Code will be wrong Such students will have to inform the concerned principal that they will not be able to get the bank draft as per the previous system.
Students' accounts will be Dormant / Freeze / Inactive. The details of the bank account / IFSC code of the students will be wrong. The details that the principal has to go to the school login and correct from the [Utility / update payment failed student account] menu. And The higher authority will have to send. Students whose accounts are Dormant / Freeze / Inactive. The accounts of such students have to be activated by contacting the concerned bank. If the account is not activated then it will be sent to the higher authority again. So such students will not be able to make online payment again.
Scholarships will not be paid to the students if the bank account details of the students are not updated in time. Information about that should be given to all the principals immediately. As soon as the account details of such students are updated, the planning will have to be done accordingly. To send proposals to all the district officers in time considering all the above matters. Students are asked to plan activities to update their accounts.
